Who is Scott Law?
Growing up within the sport, Scott knew that he wanted to give back and help grow this sport in the future.
Over the years, on both the Track and Road, Scott has been tutored by the best. Those coaches include Bradley McGee, Kevin Poulton, Gary Sutton and Timothy Decker and they showed him just how rewarding being a coach is.
Scott has been a multiple Australian Champion across the Junior and Senior ranks on the Track, and an Australian U23 Criterium Champion. He has also represented Australia on the Track on multiple occasions at World Cups and Championships.
Stepping away from track cycling, Scott has also been a part of multiple Continental Road Teams in America, Asia and Europe. All of these experiences, across many levels of cycling, have provided Scott with a wealth of knowledge that translate into this coaching ethos.
Scotts mantra for coaching is to help cyclist not only ride their bikes, but also love the sport more and have fun!
Pricing - in AUD:
All training programs will be tailored to your everyday needs including work, family, study time etc.
One week structured training program designed for fitness = $150.
Targeting all aspects of cycling (sprint, threshold, endurance and strength).
Monthly structured training program = $300 first month, $250 per month after that.
Targeting and improving all aspects of cycling (sprint, threshold, endurance and strength).
12 week competition preparation training program = $700.
Targeting a specific event with workouts designed specifically to the event.
1 on 1 training and consultation sessions = $100 per session.
Riding together with the athlete, working on specific areas (ie. sprinting technique, bunch skills, etc.).

Who is Matt Wells?
With a wealth of experience from riding and racing both locally and internationally plus spending the past 5+ years developing and delivering wattbike classes, Matt brings a life time of knowledge and ability to help riders achieve their cycling goals. Be it from your first grand fondo to a race based program, Matt is able build a program that will help you achieve your goals.

1:1 initial one hour consult within Sydney metro
Personalised program for each client which includes:
* a tailored training plan for events or individual goals
* adjustable weekly load based on the analysis of your data - completed each Sunday for the next training week

* phone support to answer any questions, provide instructions and discuss your training plan
* phone support to review your training plan - fortnightly
* on going data analysis with Training Peaks - training based on power

Weekly workshops on bike skills and development of the whole rider - varying locations throughout Sydney - departure points and times available weekly

Who is James Lamb?
James Lamb aka 'Chops' has been cycling and coaching for over 15 years. Those years have been spent in the fitness industry teaching classes and educating instructors on how to train with power across the globe.
In 2019 Chops broke the Guiness World Record for the longest cycle class at 27 hours.
Chops' Competitive background began in mountain-biking XCO XCM and 24hrs Solo events completed multiple times over the years, with the Croc Trophy completed in 2010.
He has been the head coach of CycleStudio and ATHLETE LAB and now he runs an indoor training space on smart trainers in Randwick at Cheeky Velosport called WATTS ON THE GO.
James lives in Sydney and his passion is to help people get faster and stronger on the bike.
